Modesto, CA 95351 intersection at CARPENTER RD and Chicago Ave.

I have a picture of their insurance card but the insurance wasn't in their name. It's a company that is on the insurance under the vehicle that smashed into me. And it was expired 5 or six days before the accident that's what the card said. I had pronto insurance but it was also expired.
3. Did the police report place you or the other driver at fault for the accident?:
I was found at fault but all the evidence shows the other driver was at fault and there is also a security camera that was at the fruit stand that was right next to the scene of the accident that was running the night of the accident. I talkdd to the owners of the fruit stand and I'm waiting to hear when they are going to give me the footage. And I have three witnesses that were with me at the time of the accident that saw the whole thing and they weren't even questioned by the cops at all. I was given a ticket. I have a case number.

Yes there were witnesses. And on top of that they didn't even acknowledge my statement when they wrote the report. And they never questioned the people that I had with me in my vehicle or the witnesses that were in the car that was in front of us that also pulled over cause they saw what happened.
5. Did you take photos at the scene?
Yes I did but the cops didn't allow me to get pictures of the other drivers vehicle that hit me. But I got pics of my damage to my vehicles and car trailer.
6. Did you have any prior injuries that were aggravated by the accident?
No. All injuries happened at the scene of the accident. Ive been having back pain and neck pain since the time of the accident but I haven't gone to the doctor only because I don't have insurance right now.
