The incident happened on 01/19/2025.
I was stopped at a stop sign in my truck and I was hauling a car trailer with a small truck sitting on it. There was no traffic coming from either direction except for another truck that was stopped at the stop light at a red light. I proceeded to cross through the intersection to continue on through to the other side of the street. I was a little over halfway through the intersection when the truck that was sitting stopped at the stop light came crashing into my car trailer and ripped it and the car that it was hauling clear off of the back of my truck.
I have a case number from the cops as well as the police report.
I went to urgent care after the accident.
I have bruised shoulders and neck strain whiplash and PTSD and have been going to the chiropractor since the accident.
