and yes another FAIL> THIS ISNT A FUCKING TEMPLATE ITS A JPG. next time you think you have a template check the file type and see if it says psd, psb, or cdr if not THEN DONT TELL PEOPLE YOU HAVE A TEMPLATE. and its the free fucking sample image the state puts out when they advertise the new design. so you are now 1.3/5. fucking abysmal score for just being able to put into words what you are posting. smh there is no hope for this country if these are the braniacs that will be running it
